Gothambu madakusan

wheat Dosa (Indian Crepes) with a sweet filling of Jaggery/Sugar and Coconut is a quick and easy breakfast recipe and sncaks for evening Tea time.
 
   wheat flour-   4 cup
  coconut (scraped)- 1 1/2 cup
  sugar  -2 tbsp
  oil/ghee  -as neceesary for spreading pan
  cumin seeds - a pinch
   salt -  as needed
Cooking method:
 
Blend  the flour with needed  water and salt without  lumps. Make medium thick batter by adding enough water.Heat a frying pan .pour one or two laddle of batter to the pan and spread with  back of the laddle .when one side is cooked , flip it over .when other side is cooked .put grated   coconut jagggery mixture /sugar  over it and fold .Serve hot
