Kozhukatta

                                           

Kozhukkattai or Kozhukatta is a popular South Indian dumpling made from rice flour, with a filling of grated coconut, jaggery, or jackfruit.


                  Rice -  4 cup

                 oil -1 tbsp  

                scraped coconut -1 1/2 cup

                sugar-1/2 cup

                jeerakam/cardmom  power - 1 pinch

               salt - as needed

cooking method:

rice kuthirthu podichu  kannakalmilath aripayil thelliyeduthu  chumvakke varkkuka.mavil pakathinu salt and boiled water  ozhizhu  kuzhachu  powered jeerakam and crdmon add cheythu urutti vakkuka. lemon size  il urutti eduthu kaivelayil vachu parathi athil scarped coconut and sugar cherthu vachu urutti eduthu apachempil vachu avi kayathi vevikuka. instead of sugar we can add jaggery.
